Hi, I'm
Dippal Adhikari,

a tech-enthusiast from Nepal,

currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering with a major in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in Australia.

About me

Hi, I am Dippal Adhikari, an enthusiastic Robotics and AI undergraduate student at the University of Canberra. I am passionate about full-stack web development, having developed an interest in the field at a young age. My journey started when I was in grade 7 and purchased a grade 12's computer science textbook to learn HTML. This sparked a lifelong interest in coding and I have been honing my skills ever since. I am also a visual artist, having been inspired by photography since receiving my first DSLR camera in grade 11. I have experience in photography, videography, and graphic design, and I believe that my creativity and attention to detail is an asset in any role that involves the creation of visually appealing technology solutions.

I am fascinated by machine learning and Artificial Intelligence, and I believe that they will play a big role in my future.

Here are a few tools I've been working with recently:

  • ASP.net
  • Android Studio
  • Ubuntu
  • PyScript

My experience

  • I have a history of successful creative and leadership experiences, as shown by my position as the Secretary General of the Visual Arts Club. In this role, I led a team that won at the global level of the British Council's "Your World" video competition.

  • I have gained practical experience in graphic design through my 2-year stint as a graphic designer at Rupakot Resort. This experience has given me the opportunity to hone my design skills and to develop a keen eye for detail.

  • As a former member of my high school's Student Council, I gained valuable experience in event planning and management, as well as in the design and implementation of various projects. I was responsible for designing artworks for the school, managing its social media accounts during events and programs, serving as head of Technical Operations for the GEMS Model United Nations, and serving as head of IT for the GIHE Youth Fest.

These experiences have helped me develop strong leadership, teamwork, and project management skills, and have given me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of people and to handle complex and challenging tasks with ease.
